The main trends of EVTEKS 2015, according to our staff at WilliZ
In addition to the survey of the novelties, we are happy to offer a review of the main trends that we have witnessed at the fair.

Trends are designer’s best friends. Familiarity with trends eases the process of navigation through large assortments of fabrics, makes the process of updating collections easier and helps to communicate with the clients better. Because of this, we have devoted a lot of our attention to the subject.
MAIN TRENDS OF 2015, ACCORDING TO WilliZ
Color
Shades of blue, especially indigo and denim complemented with natural greys, beiges and whites.
Lemon color accompanied by whites and turquoise, as well as lime and green together with the orchid color.
Orchid, plum and lavender.
A natural pallet of sand, beige, milk, cream, grey and white colors.
An achromatic color pallet of contrasting black and white combinations, as well as all shades of grey.
Texture
Embossed textures, relief ornament, three-dimensional effects.
Aged, faded and worn surfaces, as well as stonewash coloring technique.
Laser cutting, macro mesh, skeletal lace.
A combination of various techniques on a single fabric (jacquards, applique, embroidery, digital printing, laser cutting, use of seashells, beads and even wooden and mirror elements).
Play of light on fabrics, fabrics with sheen, lurex, gold leaf techniques, brilliant yarn.
Ornament
Modern interpretation of classical ornaments.
Geometry, diffused geometry, abstraction.
Ethnic ornaments, ikats.
Flower-themed prints including many in a watercolor technique.
Tropical theme: leafs of various plants, butterflies and birds.
An effect of extreme close-up, where the image is depicted in a large pixel form.
